SOUTH ENGLAND CUP- FULL

Teams from all over the South of England compete in this cup!

The longboat travelled quietly through the mist, at an incredible pace, oars moving in and out of the water without sound, in perfect unison, the 12 men on board almost coagulated together into one solid organism....they've conquered before....they'll conquer again...they are olaf axes.

The reigning South of England plate champions from Bournemouth's World Renowned Chiropractic College return with high hopes of going one better next year.

This is our 3rd year in the South of England division and we think it's about time that there's a new winner in this comp, and if we don't win we always have our mate Charlie's speedboat to go on. 2009 saw us lack a little size so we have sent one of our members to Edinburgh to study strength and conditioning in order to rectify this!

A 7s team from worthing rugby club for developing young players into the 1st team ranks.
This is our first year at Bournemouth Sevens so we can't wait for the weekend...bring on the beers!

Oakmeadians will be returning to Bournemouth 7s in 2010 once again to take home the South of England trophy. We're hoping that the nail biting final against Bournemouth RFC can once again be repeated with Oaks being victorious once more!

Bournemouth RFC are back at Bournemouth Sevens on their home turf to regain the South of England crown from Oakmeadians after the close final in 2009.

This is our first year at the 7s festival and is the first time that many of the team have met each other let alone played on the same pitch! We all have varied playing experiences but most of us have played at national league levels (Jamie Rudkin played a lot on the bench!).

A unique 7s team that has its roots firmly in Harpenden, Hertfordshire with a smattering of Arabian Gulf internationals to boot.
Watch out for our straight-arm drinking antics, and Bournemouth – “lock up your daughters, ‘cos it’s gonna get messssyyyyyyyyyyyy” x

This will be our 3rd year at Bournemouth 7s and we love it so much which is why we keep coming back year after year.

First year at Bournemouth and looking to have a good time on and off the pitch.
Bournemouth 7s is said to be the best event on the circuit so we thought we'd come and sample some of the action!
Most people who were there last year must remember the giant Penis outfit, well that was us! We're a group of mates that love rugby, drinking and being generally silly!
Bournemouth 7s was one of the weekends of the year last year and we can't wait for this years event to top it!
A local team who be playing at Bournemouth 7s for the 3rd time in a row!

Buffalo Elite Sevens continues its love affair with the Bournemouth 7s tournament, competing in the SofE Cup for the 3rd year running.
This year the bar has been raised after a disappointing 2009 tournament, so expect so much more from this team born from Bournemouth University players past and present.

Cullumpton Rugby club have been climbing the southwest league with an exciting brand of calipso rugby! We hope to bring this and some other exciting tricks to the bournemouth sevens this year!

Bring on Bournemouth 7s 2010!! The Wimborne boys love the craic at Bournemouth 7s and can't wait to be back on May Bank Holiday.
