SUNDAY SNAKEBITE CUP- FULL

A one day competition for social sides!

The heroes were formed to honour the great Steven ‘The Hendogg’ Henly who sadly passed away after a battle with cancer. Although Steve wasn’t quite frontrow material his spirit is what makes us a team up for a great banter, lots of boozing and the opportunity to back the underdog!

This is the 4th team Oakmeadians are entering in the festival as so many players wanted to compete!
We've played at the festival for the past 2 years and have had an outstanding weekend both times.
This really is a weekend not to miss out on.
We are a Royal Artillery Regiment who attended last year and just missed out on a place in the final!! What a cracking weekend!
We are currently on operations in Afghanistan and will return in time for the competition, see you there!!!
We are a Royal Artillery Regiment team returning from operations in Afghanistan.
This is our 2nd year at Bournemouth 7s and we had an awesome time...we can't wait!

We are a loose collection of nerr-do-well, young turks and former band members of Disco Tex & the Sex-o-letts. We were formed in 1991 and have won the Hong Kong 7’s 3 times, the Dubai 7’s 27 times and the Chorley-cum-Harder 8’s 908 times.
Amongst our number we count former Internationals, Baa-baas and 3 British Lions. Sadly, none of them want to play for us anymore so we are left with a hoard of middle aged pot bellied degenerates with a passion for the oval game.
Having completed a successful first season last year we are relishing the opportunity to play our attractive brand of rugby with tough competition at Bournemouth.
A team based near Southampton in Hampshire, the team are looking forward to competing in the South of England Cup in 2010.
Having played in the competition in 2009, the pirates can't wait to be back over the Bank Holiday for a weekend of rugby, beer and banter!
Can we be any worse than we were last year?!!

After watching last year, WiiFit Plus decided they wanted some rugby action and so have teamed up with expert tourists BeerandRugby.com and BeerBarians RFC. After 10 years of touring together BeerandRugby know that their place is rightly in the beer tent but are still willing to show off their skills on the pitch.

Captained by the bloke with the worlds biggest head with star players such as the worlds drunkest winger and Andy Foode at number 10! Can the Brockleians do it! Can they get passed the first round? Who cares? More importantly will the Tour Virgins survive? Probably not!
The team is made up of top quality rugby players playing at varying levels of standard ranging from county to international quality.
All players have played county and are of county quality; most of the team have played for academies such as London Irish and Harlequins, all players have competed at top level college rugby at some of the most competitive rugby schools across the country. We also have players with junior international experience.

The Castaways are an invitational 7s team based in Surrey, of whom its players come from many different clubs within South of England. Having entered various UK and International tournaments in the past we are of the opinion that Bournemouth 7s is well worth a second visit.
The Castaways hope to be crowned Bournemouth 2010 winners , after narrowly missing out on a place in the Open Cup Final in 2009. The team is proud to be supporting their chosen charity Touriad. For more information on the charity visit www.touraid.co.uk
